The right approach is to contact and communicate to SASTRA about the mistakes and ask about the remedial action soon, in order to overcome the coming consequences. Otherwise, you have to reapply fresh if you have time. -

6 years agoHi,Don't have to worry, while you attend counseling you can inform the officials, and they will help you to change the details during documents verification stage of counseling.
