    No, at this rank is very difficult for you to get B.Tech CS. Better you can try for another colleges.

    No, it's not possible as computer Science is the top branch and demanding. So, the seats get full before. And it is possible people having lower ranks too in the spot round referring the same course. So, chances are less.

    No, you can't as your rank is too high in JEE Mains and for this college in CSE then closing rank is 1750 only and in the spot round also this rank only reaches up to 6000 and not above that.
