In the ITM connect PGDM, do we have to choose a specialisation at the time of admission or we can choose it in the second year?

    No, you don't have to choose the specialization at the time of your admission. There is a proper form of choosing your specializations after you join ITM. After 2-3 months of joining, you get to fill the form and if you are not clear what to choose and are confused. You can ask the various faculty member or tell the faculty and they arrange a session, where you get to have the knowledge about all the streams, and then you can choose from them. I find it really helpful because, in my time people were really confused on what to choose and later they had better clarity after they were explained about each specializations.

    Specializations are always chosen in 2nd year but now some colleges offer specialised courses like PGDM HR, PGDM finance in those you have to choose from 1st year only and you even can't change that.
