    Hi Shubham,
IIFT like any other other B School prefers diversity in its set of MBA candidates. On an average, in the top 100 B Schools of India, there will be atleast 35-40% freshers(exception of ISB ofcourse).
In contrast to foreign universities, which prefer experienced candidates, the Indian ecosystem of MBA does not carry a strict weightage to experience. Graduates specializing in Sales and Marketing, who will work on the field, are generally freshers.
You do not have to worry about this factor, and keep preparing yourself for the entrance.
With hardwork and dedication, I am sure you will crack a good BSchool.
    All the best!
