I am sorry but VIT offers a scholarship only to Board Toppers.

Well, the scholarship does not work that way. In order to get 100% fee wavier you need to be the top performer in VITEEE exam or you have to get a district topper in order to avail scholarship and, there are also other categories of scholarship which you can ask at the time of counselling.
