In TOEFL, are 12 marks important? Can I get a good college with a scholarship with good marks in TOEFL but not in 12?

TOEFL is a test for English language proficiency to study abroad. Your 12th marks are not important for taking the test. Having poor marks in 12th and good score in TOEFL won't be of too much help, you may receive if the university likes your profile and also TOEFL has its own scholarship schemes. C
