In UGC NTA NET-Dec 2018 exam, I got 46 marks in paper-1 and 76 marks in paper-2. Have I passed?

    Hello Ashvini,The UGC NET was successfully held from 18th December to 22nd December and the result has been declared for the exam. The NTA conducted UGC NET exam in different cities. The UGC NET Dec Exam was held for 85 subjects and the cutoff marks for each exam is different. The NTA has released the result and cut off marks for the UGC NET December exam.
    To check your result visit the official website and click on the View Result- UGC NET December Link. Insert your application number and date of birth, security pin and submit. Your result will appear on screen which you can download or take a print out for further use. As you did not

    Hello,
    As per the criteria the minimum passing marks for the UGC NET Paper 1 is 40 marks out of 100. Whereas, the 80 marks in the paper 2 for the General CAT Candidates. Also, the cutoff marks changes every year. For the reserved category, the minimum passing marks is 35% marks in both the paper.

    The passing marks in 40% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together for general category and 35% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together for OBC (Non-creamy layer) PWD/ SC/ ST.

No. candidate can not submit the UGC NET application form offline. It was released on the official portal at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The application form was released online on October 7. All the process of the online form including the registration, document upload, fee payment, confirmation, etc. must be completed online by visiting the official website.
