In UPSEE, selection in a government college is on which ground- general rank or category rank? Please answer as early as possible.

Hello Deepak, In the counselling process till last year, it was like in first round, a seat is given on the basis of general open rank and from further rounds of counselling, the first category is considered and then in following round, sub-category is taken into account. hope it helps good luck upvote the answer if it is useful.
