first update your Resume on Naukri.com. after some days you will calls for the job.
If you have time then prepare for CAT. Cause after the completion of MBA opportunities will be more.
On the basis of BBA you can join any sector. But your communication

If you are targeting career in MNC's then better plan for doing MBA. Specialization in Marketing or Finance would be helpful.
