In What specialization I can do Executive MBA in India ? I have done BE in CS and have 3 years of work experience in IT industry

Currently I am working in It industry and have 2.8 years of experience, I have done BE with honors in computer science field. Please suggest which is the most suitable filed for me and also what all exams i have to give and best colleges in India
