In which Canadian college can I get admission to pursue higher studies with 58% in HSC and 53% in PCB?

Dear, With this percentage, you won't get admission in good colleges because foreign university required good academic record for the Admission. Better you do Bachelor degree in India and gain good merit and then try for Canada Universities. All the best.
