In which Canadian University can I apply for Masters?

I have cleared all of them. I completed my BE Mechanical engineering in 2013 with CGPA 7.90 ( Is equivalent to 74% and distinction). but in some Canadian universities maximum backlog accepted is only 2 ,so I am concerned about that which universities accept more than 2 backlogs.
