In which career paths does education gaps not matter?

I am engineering dropout.I have 4 years gap in education now since i dropped out this year.I joined in 2010. I want to know in what career paths does education gap does not matter? Education/otherwise different careers.Please answer as i trying to find my interest.

It would not matter in any career path unless you cross a certain age limit prescribed to that educational course or you fail to understand that subject in totality and fail to acquire & exhibit the related skills timely.
