In which college can I get a free seat to pursue B.Tech with 63 marks in JEE Mains and 85% in class 12th science?
I belong to the SC category.

You can opt for govt. colleges, either IP or DU but engineering from DU is quiet tough. There are only few seats and if you are from general category, its going to be tough for you. -
You may try at Down Town University, not for free education but you can get scholarship.

These days, there are no free lunches even for SC students. Govt. colleges also have started charging fees. May be a but less perhaps. What you can do is aim for getting scholarship but for this you have to score better marks.
