In which college can I get admission for pursuing B.Tech in automobile engineering with 78 percent marks in JEE Mains?
I scored 66.31 percent marks in class 12th.

You have scored quite well in JEE Mains but your marks of 12th are a little on the lower side. Unfortunately, you have scored below the minimum requirement and hence admission to NITs is ruled out. You can get in private colleges accepting JEE Mains score.
