PCM is good for pursuing engineering courses, but my suggestion is if you have a chance to re-appear for your class 12th exam try to score at least 60 to 65 percent marks. Your JEE score will get upgraded if you have decent percentage in class 10th and 12th. Taking JEE exam is also a good option. Without good percentage you won't get admission in any of the top engineering colleges. Appear for your regional engineering entrance exams too.
    All the best.

    Hey,
You can opt for any of the well reputed college in your region. Many colleges offer B.Tech with minimum percentage criteria of 45%. You can also go for improvement test along with your B.Tech.
    Best of Luck.
