In which college can I get admission to pursue BA LLB on the basis of class 12th score?

Nowadays, to get admission in a govt. college, it is compulsory to clear its entrance exam.
However, you may get admission on the basis of your class 12th board marks in private colleges.
So contact the private college in your city.
