Do they have such atmosphere where you can have an experience to perform practically? 7. Do they have Industrial Tie-ups? 8. Do they provide Teachings from external experts? In the situation of Covid-19, LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms. The eligibility criteria of this programme is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) or equivalent. Hi Nishank, You can apply in Makhan Lal University (Government university of Bhopal). It is one of the best universities for mass communication. They have their campus in Noida and many other places too. As per your budget, may be you can get relief from paying a high fee after some procedure by the university Authority. Good luck!
