In which college can I get admission with 17 marks in JEE Mains and 60 percent marks in class 12th?

As your marks and percentage both are quite low.So you may try for some private colleges like Chitkara University ,Jaypee or the other state colleges.You can also try for the seats of management quota,available in some colleges,if you are ready to pay that much money

In 17 mark, you can't get any college, but you can apply for private college. If you wanted to study in best college then take a drop and prepare for class 12 and different entrance exam as JEE mains, BITSAT, VITEE, etc.

You will get a low tier college. I will prefer you to drop a year and prepare for board improvement and JEE Mains learning from your last year's mistake.
