It will be reduced after qualify entrance test. You can get upto 60% scholarship that will remain applicable till the duration course. Yes, you can get direct admission for B.Tech without any entrance exam. Such colleges you can find in Ghaziabad or you need search over it. Only the basic criteria is to cross the minimum eligibility as percentage criteria of class 12th.
