In which college (Delhi or other states) can I get admission to pursue UG while preparing for civil services?
Kindly exempt colleges located in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

It depends on you if you can manage both sides course. As well as coaching if you have just one aim i.e. civil services so go for SOL in DU that is the School of Open Learning if you have to attend classes only on Saturday and Sunday. But SOL course degrees' value is not equal to regular course.
