In which colleges I can get admission? Am I eligible to apply in the IITs as my graduation percentage till now is less than 60%?
My CAT 2015 percentile is 99.01, 10th score is 89.4% and 12th score is 81%, but my graduation as of now is at 59.6% and it has got me worried.

I am quite doubtful about your admission. If you miss then you will miss only by 0.4 percent. I would suggest you to talk to the college admission department for further clarification. All the best.
