You can get admission by giving an English proficiency test by IELTS TOEFL. All the best for your bright future.

Any country abroad you want to study, will require to at least take up English proficiency test of IELTS TOEFL. Without these, there are no direct admissions.

None all good colleges abroad have some kind of requirement or exam to pass or fulfill. There are some consultancies that provide such admission, but I wouldn't trust them without confirming myself.
