Pragati, if you appeared for JEE Mains then go for counselling see what college you can get.
Otherwise apply for admission in private universities as they offer admission on different parameters like JEE scores, NATA score, etc.
These days most private universities are a great hub for quality education as well as good placements. Some offer scholarships too on basis of above mentioned criteria.
