According to your JEE Main rank there is some chances that you can get a lower branch in IIIT or NIT. If you are okay for studying that branch subject and have interest in them then go for it. From whichever state you are keep that state government college in your top priority as you have more chanc

As per your rank you will not get any govt. colleges, try for colleges via other exams that you may have applied for.
