As per my understanding, the Critical Care Unit Nurses, ICU Nurses, and OT Nurses get the highest salary packages due to the specialised knowledge and responsibility factors. However, the salary packages for Nurses also depend on their employer, location, experience, and job position. For example, a Mid-level Nurse from top hospitals like AIIMS or Medanta will get a higher salary package.
