In which institute can I get admission to pursue M.Sc through IIT JAM?
I have qualified IIT JAM 2016. I want to know about institutes other than IITs and NITs.

IISC bangalore also takes admission based on IITJAM. You may check the complete list on their website. -
IT JAM conducts to get admission in top IITs, NITs, and IISc for a master's degree in Science. Every year one of the IITs and IISc conducts the IIT JAM exam. IT JAM 2021 was conducted by IISc Bangalore. Conducting IIT set a cut-off for the IIT JAM exam. Candidate appearing for the exam required to score the prescribed cut-off. After the declaration of result conducting IIT released a merit list on the basis of that counseling procedure start. IIT JAM Institutes that allow admission through IIT JAM scores are as follows:
