Programming is not so much difficult language as you are thinking , first if you have only basic knowledge then company trained you in programmi8ng , mostly person not so good in programming at college time , but when they work on live project then they can gain experience , you can learn dotnet or PHP , if you want to leave this then you can go in networking or testing field but in all field small level programming is there make up your mind and go for it -
The best one is networking course as there is huge demand for network administrators.
