You can get government colleges as well .You can get UIET, Punjab University. If you want to get into private college, then you can go for JIIT-Noida, BIT-Patna, NIEST- Orrisa.

You can get CSE at JIIT, Noida for sure that too in Sec: 62. You can also get CSE in BIT-Mesra, Patna campus. Getting CSE in Thapar Patiala will be very difficult for you.Thapar offers admission on the basis of JEE Mains marks.
