All three fields have their own scope and niche. You have to check your aptitude, interest, passion, personality traits, bent of mind, analytical ability, aspirations and dream career or deciding on any of these. The best way is to ask your parents, teachers, some experts etc. Or write some online psychometric test etc. If you decide on any of these, then also keep in mind that you must do MBA from only a top B-school like LPU.
This is a decision of a lifetime, and your career is dependent on your decision. So make an informed choice, appear for Interview at LPU selection process, the applications for which are already on. Rest assured

It depends on where you want to work. In UK, USA and other Europe countries finance, marketing and accounting have good career path. If you choose HR - you get entry level jobs with minimum package, Finance -you need additional qualifications (like CFA ACCA, CIMA, AAT, etc.). To kick start career in finance and accounting, marketing- it is one of the trending career option for beginners across the world. Because, today digital marketing has good growth, so majoring in marketing will help you to start good career. Postgraduate degree from reputed business schools/universities is also play a key role in career.

All the specializations provide good jobs. It sometimes depends on the college and your skill set. But yes some jobs like Investment Banking which usually Finance graduates take up usually has very high relative salary associated with it but you need to work for more than 16 hours a day. Similarly, if you are working in sales and marketing, your growth can be faster if you are performing well as your performance is highly quantifiable as compared to other domains. In case of HR, do it from some reputed institutions like XLRI, TISS, MDI Gurgaon, SCMHRD, SIBM, etc. Some depending on your choice and interests, you can go for it.

The Good job and the Best Field are decided by the individual in question. Alone the Best Field is driven by Technology today and good jobs are tech-based. Until we know the skill set of an individual, it's difficult to announce yet Sales, Analytics, Finance, are high paced and pick up the highest packages.

But, marketing should preferably the major as companies take this into account, when you reach top level position. Doon Business School offers Marketing as specialization. To achieve a 300 rank under SC category, you would need about a 65-70 percentile, or a score of roughly 60-65 marks out of 198 in CAT 2025, depending on difficulty and normalization process. Final selection is also based on interview, academics, and work experience. Yes, you are fairly within touch, but I would encourage you to have a solid overall profile as well to increase your chances of admission.
