In which state will I get a college for B.Tech, Uttarakhand or UP?
My state of eligibility filled in JEE Mains application form is Uttrakhand but my state of domicile is UP.

You should go for Uttarakhand, because in Uttarakhand's study environment is good.

As you fill in application, domicile of Uttrakhand, you will be allotted seat in Uttrakhand for home state. But at the time of counselling, you will asked to show your domicile. Otherwise it will better to contact JEE apex board for more detail.
