In which stream should I pursue my M.Tech after B.Tech in Electronics and Communication for better job prospect?

Better job perspective is available not through specialization subject but the institutes. For example, IITs and NITs have campus placement for M.Tech. students but all other colleges do not have this, so, obviously job perspective is better at IITs/NITs, IISc, BHU and some very good private college
