What you are Expresed it is correct.First you have devolp the border states.Our GOVT has give all fecilites to border states like education related Emoloyment.Then you have to motivate to yhem this is yours you have to protect,dont allow any bodey dont take any adventage from others.Then the govt and socity both to gether to make some sucess plans & progrmes in border.It is give confedent ,courage etc.

This is just to share little information that I have on global warming. I request the forum members to get themselves acquantained with the term Carbon footprints incase they have not done so. Most othe forum members, I belive, must already be knowing it.To cut the long theory short, let us understand that when we consume any kind of fossil fuel ( wood, charcoal, gas, petrol, diesel) we contribute to global warming in some way. Since the consumption of these items cannot be avoided totally, the best we can do is to reduce it to the minimum possible quantity. Global warming is a very big and complex issue and needs evaluation on several aspects. Generally it is believed that India & China are largest contributors to this but the fact is that this is not the case. May be that higher population is the main reason for this thought because if we speak for India alone then the ratio of population to area of the country is much higher than other countries and the resources are comparatively less. So we are constrained to build infrastructure, make indsutries etc within the area that we have got. YES. But we can't blame only INDIA and CHINA for this. Japan, Germany, taiwan like manufacturing hubs are also very much responsible. Although India indulges itself into eco-friendly activities like tree plantation and forest surviving but Japan like countries are all the way neglecting such activities. What do you say?
