Indian NITs or study abroad – what should be done for engineering studies?

According to quality of education NIT India is best, but when it comes after graduation the scope of getting a job there respective fields is easy in abroad. If you study in NIT's and got placed in the campus then its fine, else you are an equivalent to a engineer from an normal engineering college.
