Hi... The answer is simple. The Telugu Academy text books do have previous years papers at the end. Apart from that there are solved model papers available in eachy and ever shop in Sultan Bazaar Kothi if you want to refer . But ... i'm not sure there is any site that has the information you asked.

You can easily get the sample papers, previous years papers and other test material from a book store near to your location much easily. Getting this information on the websites will be restricted to only some details.
