Information for Student visa for Canada.

Dear Sir, I am 37 years old from India. I wan to apply for student visa for Canada. I have also applied for PR for canada in 2017, but my CRS was very low. After that I applied for Tourist visa for canada but it got refused. Kindly helpThanks.
