hi i have completed my bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 71% aggregate, i am looking for masters from germany please suggest me some universities which matches my academics and their requirements, what is the good time to apply and also about the education loans

No, as rupee index in terms of euro is not well, so it can be really costly. Apply only if you have excellent financial condition.
