Masters in Aerospace requires Mechanical as Bachelors but Aerospace in engineering in it self is Multidisciplinary subject covering Avionics , Control system etc so It you still can enter in to the field of aerospace engineering with other branches of Engineering like Electrical , CS etc

First of all M.Sc And B.Tech is Equivalent And have same Value. So there is no Need of Doing M.Sc After B.Tech. if you want to do Post graduation programme in Aerospace then B.Tech in Mechanical is the Best Suited programme, After that You Can do M.Tech in Aerospace.
