    Hi Neeraj,
    As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give you my personal opinion on any particular Institute. However, ICFAI is one of the well established institutes in the market for quite a few years now and is given a Deemed University status by UGC whereas UTS is a pretty new institute and provides only distance learning programmes.
