Intensive English language program is better regular or online how it wl help in getting job in university level?

Please advice me about intensive English language program I should go for regular or online ?how this course will be benefited in getting job on university level.

A regular program is always better compared to the online one. And Neelam chances of job get enhanced when you do it through the regular program as you are in regular touch with the teachers/ authorities/ visiting faculties / placement department.
