Vishal almost universities have seats in Phd in commerce stream, but there a procedure for enrollment in Phd. you go through UGC NET or qualify the pre phd test conducted by every university.

for doing Ph.D. in commerce contact the local university and appear in the entrance exam conducted by the university.
