International Baccalaureate or Commerce stream in CBSE?

I'm presently in 10th, i'm unable to decide if to opt for IB program or commerce stream in cbse? I'm planning to go to London after 12th but still not 100% sure. IB degree doesn't have any value in Indian universities. I WANT TO BE AN INVESTMENT BANKER. Ib teaches good communication skills.
