International Business Management (1yr) OR Global Business Management (2yrs) from Centennial College, Toronto, Canada ??????

i am thinking of doing PG Diploma then taking up job for couple of years to get some work experience and then doing MBA. But, i am really confused about these 2 courses considering the fact that i am looking forward for an MBA later is it wise to take up a 2 yrs course at this point of time ????????
