First thing, relax.
Keep calm don't lose your patience. NCHM JEE is not very difficult to crack. You need to be calm and must not divert from their focus by worrying a lot about how to score good marks. The best way to crack this is to remain true to yourself and answer as per your personal judgement. Apart from this
Attempt previous year sample papers. Give mocks both online-offline
Keep practicing and follow a routine sincerely.
1 month of serious dedication is enough. Best of luck for your upcoming exam.
