Hindustani Prachar Sabha in Mumbai was apparently formed by Mahatma Gandhi at about the time of Independence of India. It's an NGO with an aim of promoting what it considers as Hindustani. It dishes out many courses about Hindustani in Urdu, Braille and in general promoting its objective. It
