is 1 year hr diploma is a sound move after my cs?

after completing my csor during cs 1 year diploma in hr from distant institute is a sound move?are there any enterance exam need to be cleared before getting admission for distance learning?

Hi, Well in my opinion I don't think it is a feasible idea to go for an HR diploma along with CS. If at all you have a strong inclination towards making career into HR field, then you can opt for full fledged MBA program. I may suggest you with CRISIL Certified Analyst Program (CCAP) or in banking
