Is 1 year PG program for experienced professionals (PGPXP) equivalent to the same program for 2 years? Which one is more beneficial?

PGPXP based on experience.where the concept will be digested easily. where as two years programme you have to digest slowly through cases etc. first one more practical oriented. second one case study oriented. after experience it would be nice.
