Admit Card of NEET-UG
Score card of NEET UG
Marksheets from Class X to XII
Class XII Passing Certificate
Transfer Certificate for proof of study from VI standard. To XII standard for the candidates who have studied completely in Tamil Nadu
Nativity Certificate for the candidates who have partly or completely studied outside Tamil Nadu from Standard VI to Standard XII
Permanent Community Certificate Card
Income Certificate if applicable
Person with Disability Certificate if applicable
