Hello Seema,
Usually XII Pass out student will be eligible for Degree programs. However to excel in a highly demanding field you must possess creativity, passion and patience. Once you have acquired artistic skills on paper, then learn the software for expressing skills in the Digital Medium

If you're creative, you can also consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Typically you should have good sketching skill
