    It's difficult to definitively say whether a rank of 1421 in KCET will guarantee you a seat in CS, IS, or EC at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Bangalore for the general category. This is because:

    • KCET cutoff ranks change every year depending on the number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, and the number of seats available in each college and program.
    • MS Ramaiah is a reputed institute, and Computer Science, Information Science, and Electronics & Communication Engineering are popular programs. There might be limited seats available for these courses.

    Considering a seat in MS Ramaiah,  1421 is a close-to-get rank. When it comes to admissions in M S Ramaiah college, the primary factor is the cut off range. It can be challenging for regular students to obtain CS and EC in the first round. The Ramaiah Institute of Technology's 2023 KCET cutoff has been finalized. Following each counseling round, the Ramaiah Institute of Technology cutoff 2024 for KCET will be announced.     Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) Seat Allotment Results have been released up to Round 2 for Ramaiah Institute of Technology admission to BE course. According to the Ramaiah Institute of Technology cutoff for Round 1 in 2023, the closing ranks for BE specialisations, including B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering was 1045, for B.E. in Information Science and Engineering was 1769 and for B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering was 3362 for the General category students. Hence candidates with 1421, have a chance to get any of the three mentioned specialisations in Round 1 Seat Allotment itself.
